Greg’s experience spans residential sales, luxury homes, investment properties, multifamily, development opportunities, commercial leasing, and business expansion strategies. His work often begins with a home sale or purchase, but many of those relationships grow into investment, commercial, or development opportunities over time. From helping families move confidently to advising entrepreneurs, LLCs, and growing businesses, Greg is known for connecting people with the right property, the right strategy, and the right next step.
Through CornerMark Properties, Greg brings together the residential, investment, and commercial sides of real estate under one clear brand. Serving Louisville, Southern Indiana, Lexington, Northern Kentucky, Owensboro, Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, and communities throughout Kentucky and Indiana, he understands that every client, property, and opportunity is different. His approach combines market knowledge, negotiation experience, creative problem-solving, strong professional relationships, and a willingness to work hard until the job is done.
Greg does not believe in forcing a fit. If he is the right person for the job, he gives his clients everything he has. Outside of real estate, Greg enjoys coaching his kids’ sports, staying active, and continuing to grow CornerMark Properties as a resource for residential, investment, and commercial real estate across Kentucky and Indiana.
